Our last Forced Choice took a look at evolution. And, with a simple “yes” or “no” vote, nearly two thirds of you indicated that you did not hold to the theory of evolution (64% against and only 36% for). What is fascinating about that result is that it mimics almost exactly a 2006 Pew study, which indicated that 65% of evangelicals reject evolution.
This week, I thought I’d ask what people thought about philosophy. I’ve been writing a bitt about the relationship between philosophy and theology lately, so that seemed like a fitting issue.
So, today’s question is simple: Is philosophy good for theology? And, as usual, I’m not going to give you any more information than that. You are on your own to define “philosophy, “theology,” “good,” and even “is.” So cast your vote and let me know what you think.
