Here’s a brilliant explanation of why college textbooks are so expensive, and why students hate bookstores so much. I can’t say that I’ve actually been inside a university bookstore for a long time, but I still remember how annoying this was.

I still remember back in the college days how annoying that could be, buying a $150 book and get $5 during textbook buyback. I really think that this has to change and that competition will start to draw the prices down especially now that eTextbooks production are starting to gain momentum.
